Yesterday, as I travelled to Maryland for the wedding, I smiled as much as possible and picked up trash anywhere I saw it. Though travelling can be tiring, spreading a good deed while you do it is a good way to keep your spirits up.

It’s easy for me to spread love to strangers….but it’s those that I know well and have gotten under my skin that I can’t seem to follow through and respect as part of the Universe, just as they are. It’s time that I rise to the level of Heart and spread.
